Delete your Bunot account

You can delete your account at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Bunot and tap Account.
2. Tap Delete account, then Delete my account.

By email

If you can't open the app, email hello@bunot.app from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject Delete my account. We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, avatar, birthday), wishlists and items, delivery address, cash gift QR, and secret questions and answers.
• In exchanges that were already drawn, your name is replaced with "Former member" so the other members' draw still works.
• Backups are cleared within 30 days. We may keep limited records if the law requires it.
