Common questions

Is the draw really fair?

Yes. When the organizer taps Draw names, Bunot's server draws every name at once, makes sure nobody gets themselves, and follows the exclusions the organizer set. The wheel or ball on your phone shows the result that was already sealed.

Can the organizer see who got who?

No. Only you can see who you got.

Why do some links open Shopee, Lazada or Klook?

Wishlist and gift-idea links can be affiliate links. Bunot may earn a small commission when you buy through them. Your price stays the same.

Does Bunot handle cash gifts?

No. Bunot only shows the QR code the wishlist owner uploads. Money goes straight from your GCash, Maya or bank app to theirs.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Account, then Delete account. You can also ask us to delete it.
