Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Charisse Mae Pornea ("Bunot", "we"). By using the Bunot app or bunot.app, you agree to them.
1. Using Bunot
- You must be 13 or older, or use Bunot with a parent or guardian managing your account.
- Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
- Bunot is free. We earn from ads and from affiliate links to shops.
2. Be kind
Don't use Bunot to harass, threaten or deceive anyone, to share illegal or explicit content, or to send spam. This includes secret questions, wishlist notes, group names and Monito Monita themes. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Use Report in the app to tell us about a problem.
3. Gift exchanges and the draw
Organizers decide who joins, the budget, dates and exclusions. Bunot's draw is random within the organizer's rules. Bunot isn't responsible for gifts that are late, missing or not what someone hoped for. That's between members of the group.
4. Shops, links and cash gifts
Shop links take you to third parties such as Shopee, Lazada and Klook. Purchases, deliveries, refunds and prices are handled by those shops under their terms. Some links are affiliate links that earn Bunot a commission at no extra cost to you. Cash gifts go directly between people through their own GCash, Maya or bank apps. Bunot doesn't process, hold or refund that money.
5. Sponsored suggestions
Some suggestions in Dining Out and Events are paid placements and are always labeled "Sponsored". They never change the result of a pick.
6. Your content
You own what you add to Bunot. You give us permission to store and show it to the people you share it with, only to run Bunot.
7. No gambling
The wheel and Drop the Ball are fun ways to show a pick. They involve no money, bets or prizes.
8. Changes and availability
We may update Bunot or these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app. Bunot is provided "as is", and we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Bunot isn't liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by other users, shops or service providers.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
